It is important to ensure that equal opportunities are provided to all individuals, regardless of their gender, to promote a fair and inclusive workspace. We have 20% women employees in our workplace. We always endeavour to do more for our weavers and their families. OAC Rugs exists because of them.

Rug making is an important craft, not only as income for weavers, but to sustain the invaluable artistic expression of some of the oldest cultures in the world. We take immense pride and encourage them to convey their unspoken stories through our rugs.
